Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1977 with a mission to enable individuals and families in predominantly Latino neighborhoods to achieve economic self-sufficiency and well-being. Congreso is a human services organization with roots in the heart of North Philadelphia’s Latino communities and a reach that extends the welcoming and inclusive spirit of “familia” and “mi casa es su casa” to all.
Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. was looking for a redesigned website that would provide a modern, user-friendly experience for their target audiences identified primarily as clients and donors. The goals of the new site included:
YIKES developed a contemporary WordPress website with a custom, Gutenberg-enabled theme, designed to convey Congreso’s value, support, and resources while displaying beautifully across all monitors and mobile devices. The unified yet simple and streamlined Dashboard (CMS) allows for content editors to seamlessly manage content, keeping the website current and fresh.
Website visitors can easily view content in Spanish or English. The new menu shows a clear view of programming, services and support offered. Imagery and design highlight clear calls-to-action.
